Cancellation and refunds
How a subscription ends, and when money comes back.
1. Cancelling
Cancel at any time from your account. It takes no more than a few clicks and does not require you to write to anyone.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep the service until then, are not charged again, and access ends on that date.
The archive is not destroyed at that moment. It is kept for at least 90 days after the last customer watching that profile has gone, so a cancellation by mistake or a change of mind does not cost you an archive — resubscribe inside that window and it returns as you left it.
Export anything you want to keep before your access ends.
2. The €1 first month
Keep and Watch start with a first month at €1, paid by card. At the end of that month the subscription continues at the plan’s normal price unless you cancel first. The date it renews is shown in your account from the day you subscribe.
The €1 month is not refundable. It is priced to let you try the service rather than to be returned, and a month is long enough to see whether the product does what you need.
3. Agency and Record: 14 days
Agency and Record do not have a €1 month. Instead, the first payment on either plan can be refunded in full within 14 days of the day it is taken.
4. Every other payment
Renewals are not refundable. That includes the first full month after a €1 trial, every month after it, and yearly subscriptions outside the window in section 3.
Keep and Watch begin with a month of the service at €1. A customer who has used the product for a month and chosen to continue has had what a refund window is for. Cancel instead — it takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
Where a refund is given, the period ends immediately. Refunds go back to the card that paid and take however long that card’s bank takes.
5. When a refund is refused
Refunds are not given in these cases.
Where the service was used to take what it holds
Feedkeep imports a profile’s existing history when you add it, which is most of the value of a first month. Subscribing, importing or exporting a large volume of material, and then asking for the money back is not a refund request, and it will be refused. What counts as large is judged against ordinary use of the plan.
Where Instagram changed
Instagram can change what it shows publicly, change how it shows it, restrict access to public data, or become unavailable, at any time and without notice. Where that reduces or interrupts what Feedkeep collects, it is not a refund ground. We do not control the platform, and the service is priced on the understanding that neither of us does.
The same applies to interruptions in the service itself. We aim for high availability, but no uptime figure is guaranteed on any plan and ordinary interruptions do not entitle you to money back. A prolonged failure to provide the service is different: where that happens, we refund the part of the period you could not use.
Where an account was closed for a breach
An account closed for breaching the acceptable use section of the terms is not refunded.
6. If you are a consumer in the EU
Consumers buying at a distance in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. That right exists whatever this page says, and nothing here removes it.
Feedkeep begins immediately when you subscribe: profiles are queued, checked and archived from the first minutes. At checkout you are asked to agree that the service starts straight away. Where you then withdraw within the 14 days, we refund what you paid less a proportionate amount for the part of the period already supplied.
This section applies only to consumers. It does not apply to business customers.
7. Yearly subscriptions
A first yearly payment on Agency or Record is refundable within the 14 days in section 3. Otherwise a yearly subscription is not refundable: it runs to the end of the year, and can be cancelled at any time to stop it renewing.
8. How to ask
Write to contact@feedkeep.io from the address on the account, saying which payment you mean. We answer within five working days.
